This is the final update on our weight adjustment program. On Friday, May 20th, 2011 it was our 9th week weigh in. I have trimmed down by 17 lbs. and my BMI is 20.5. This puts me in the lower normal bmi range. Eleanor has consistantly trimmed down also although she chooses to do it at a little more moderate pace. Her BMI is 25.4 and a further reduction of 3 lbs. will put her in the normal bmi

As of our last weighin week 7, Friday, April 29th, 2011, Eleanor and I continue to do well with our weight balancing program. I have adjusted my weight by 14 lbs. and am almost at the level of my pointed project which was a weight level from 1974. I also think I might be nearing my plateau stage which works for me. Eleanor and I have been weighing in each Friday since March and recording the results. Some might call it a diet for weight loss but we like to think of it as a weighing in opportunity for recording improvements to our well-being. These two hymns were selected by the worship committee and sung by the mass choir at our Valley Presbytery United Church of Canada 85th Anniversary celebration in June 2010. It was a wonderful choir and a glorious service.
